Your e-prescription reference is all we need
Doctors across the UAE issue most prescriptions electronically through the health platforms of each emirate — for example eRx in Dubai, or systems linked to Malaffi in Abu Dhabi and Riayati in the northern emirates. The SMS or printout you receive carries an e-prescription reference. Enter it below and a pharmacist can look up the prescription.
Refills
Repeat medicines, without the repeat trip
For long-term medicines, a pharmacist can dispense refills while your prescription is still valid. When it expires, your doctor needs to renew it — we can remind you before your supply runs out.

What we can't accept online
Controlled and semi-controlled medicines cannot be ordered online and are dispensed only in person. Expired prescriptions, and prescriptions issued outside the UAE, usually can't be dispensed — please see a UAE-licensed doctor.
